Christmas Wish(es)

My super cutest gal pal, Dallas is doing a giveaway on her blog and asked for a Christmas wish. I really got to thinking about this... do I even have a Christmas wish? When was the last time I truly did? Well, sure enough I've got tons of them! So I thought I would blog about them :) I wish:

  • Jorel will have a great Christmas - I know its not one he'll remember, but I bet he'll still be excited.
  • to be a great mom - It's hard work!
  • to hear the words "I'm pregnant" come out of my sister or her husbands mouth... they so deserve one (more than I did) and Jorel SO desperately wants a(nother) cousin!
  • to get re-acquainted with my Hurricane friends -and even get more friends, I get bored sometimes.
  • to find a career - anyone hiring?
  • that Jorel will continue to grow up healthy - we are so blessed that he is!
  • that we can all remember that He is the reason for Christmas.
  • that Jorel and I can become financially stable - hence the reason I'm looking for a job... :)
  • for a fairy tale love story - hey, a girl can dream can't she?
  • to finish up with my Master's degree on time! 1 more year!
okay, okay, I think that's enough! Thanks Dall for being so cute and creative! Hope that everyone has a very Merry Christmas!

What's your Christmas Wish?

Krista,
Hey how are you girl? Ok this is so random but I had a dream about you last night, it was so real. We were just hanging out with each other and telling each other everything, all our secrets. Strange ah? Anyways I want you to know that I admire you, I really do, I know the single mom thing cannot be easy, my mom did it and I know it is really hard. But I also know you won't always be a single mom. You have way to much to offer a guy, you will find your fairy tell Kris , you will make someone so happy, and a dad for Jorel. Sorry I know this all must sound so random, I just wanted you to know I have been thinking of you all morning and hope your ok. Your working your flipping tale off, going to school, being a mom, it is hard work, your right. Now that I love ya, I always have. I really hope that we can catch up one of these days. Love ya girl
