seniors

these two lovely girls - one graduated, one starting her senior year, asked me to take their pictures for them.  we became pretty good friends over the last several months and i'm glad they wanted me to take them.  the one may look slightly familiar because it was a retake for her.  she needed more personality and comfortableness.  i'd say she's pretty comfortable now.  aren't they dolls?

i had some girls ask me to take their senior pics, so i took two of them out one day - we chased the sun a little, but it cooperated.  mostly.  i kind of found a spot by accident that both of the girls really liked.  aren't they beauties?

hurricane high softball 2012

i've been really sad this year not being able to coach, but it has also been a little bitter sweet.  my only class that was offered this semester was on tuesday nights and most of our softball games are scheduled for tuesdays - this is my way of finding the positive in this situation... but anyway.  i've gone to a couple of games and am so glad to see that my seniors are performing so well - along with their lower classmates that i've coached.  my parents say that they see a lot of my playing style in the girls that i have coached.  good thing they can hit better than me though!  i think about these girls and hope every day that they are doing well. 

senior pictures

i was asked to take senior pictures of this lovely girl.  this was my first attempt at senior stuff, but she was really cute and ate up the camera.  i don't think i'll make this a habit, but it was fun practice anyway.
